I am a licensed agent and I decided to move my family from Chicago to San Diego. I had a beautiful home in Skokie that I needed to sell, but I knew that the home would be a challenge. The home was fully renovated and showed really well, but it was too large and updated for the neighborhood (ie. over-developed). I considered selling it myself, but also interviewed several Realtors as well. As a Realtor with 20 years of experience, I had high expectations of any Realtor that would market my personal home, and I also definitely had opinions. That would place me in the high maintenance category. During the interview process, Aaron absolutely stood out from the crowd. He is authentic, sincere, professional, and ethical. Put simply, he’s a good guy. As expected, the marketing of my home was not an easy task. There were many complications and curveballs during the process. While none of the complications was of Aaron’s doing, he never got tired or showed frustration in moving us along to the end line. To make it even harder, I had already moved to California and left the house empty. Aaron routinely stopped by the house to make sure that everything was ok. As I mentioned, I had very high expectations of any agent that would represent me, but Aaron blew my expectations out of the water.
