Born and raised in Chicagoland, Robert Damon offers his Dream Town clients a unique and valuable combination of skills, knowledge, and expertise. Prior to transitioning to the brokerage side of the business, Robert worked for several prominent law firms, specializing in real estate and business law. During his successful 12-year career as a paralegal, he took part in more than 2,000 real estate transactions, both commercial and residential. He also helped property management companies to better run their buildings, worked with investors to maximize their real estate portfolios, and coached brokerages on a variety of business and legal issues.
Buyers, sellers, and investors all benefit from Robert’s keen ability to review and navigate the real estate process. But beyond his legal expertise and financial acumen, Robert has the heart of a coach: Understanding that buying or selling real estate requires decisions that can be both emotional and challenging, he expertly guides his clients through each step of their real estate journey. Steadfastly focused on achieving their goals, Robert uses his wealth of professional skills and his deep knowledge of the local real estate market to get his clients to the finish line. He is a staunch advocate for his client’s interests and a creative problem solver who skillfully navigates even the most complex residential or commercial transaction.
A strong believer in giving back, Robert serves on the Salvation Army Evanston Corp. Advisory Council and volunteers with local non-profit organizations that do things like providing services to refugee families and gifts for incarcerated family members. When he is not assisting his real estate clients or volunteering his time, Robert enjoys taking advantage of all that his beloved hometown has to offer—from world class sporting events and music to the city’s thriving multicultural dining scene. At home, you’ll find that Robert is an excellent cook… just don’t ask him to bake!
